The Biden administration has given more money to the police than Trump. The police have not been defunded, they just suck.

The police in many democrat run cities were defunded. Biden has promised money, like Covid Relief it never gets where it needs to soon enough if it ever gets there. The defund movement in democrat cities has destroyed them and exacerbated problems. Cops are fleeing those places that professed hatred and defunded. Enjoy the rising crime and assaults. When your city's police force is larger than the militaries of some nations, it's not defunded.

Its the job of the police to keep order and not allow the riff raff and criminal element to own the streets.
