You mean anybody who takes offense to same sex marriage is a special kind of snowflake?
If that's what you meant, I have two comments / observations
First, a lot but certainly not all of those against same sex marriage have their views grounded in their religion. While I don't agree with their view, I at least try to respect it, because of those in that group, I've found that most, but certainly not all, don't have any issue with the person they refer to as the sinner, but instead condemn their actions, i.e. the sin. Again, not my cup of tea, but I try to respect any viewpoint that's grounded in something more significant than political expedience, which is pretty much the staple of the modern demotard party.
Second, as a over-taxed and underserved resident of the Peoples' Republik of Taxifornia, I voted against prop 8, which was an attempt to ban same sex marriage at a state constitutional level. It passed, but was for obvious reasons over-turned. 8 = hate. So I'm all in favor of same sex marriage, as anyone who values and strongly believes in equality for all would, and who looks at the issue from a strictly legal perspective should be.
