That is a mindset thing. That doesn't have to do with your biology. For example, I can mindset my self into believing I can only make a certain amount of money, but in reality, if I believe I can make more, I will. A good example is the Olympic record for 4 minute mile. I forget who that was set by, but basically, since everyone BELIEVED that the 4 minute mile could not be broken, no one did. But as soon as one man came along and broke that record, everyone was making that time. Some even beat his record. It was a system of belief that held them back. In fact in many cases if they tell their parents they want to wear different clothing, like a boy wanting to wear a dress, their parents get upset and punish them. So it's clearly not always the parents giving them that idea.
