Your comment specifically says, "Menstruating is the base requirement for pregnancy." It is not. In fact, if you are "menstruating" your body discards the monthly buildup of the lining of your uterus (womb), and hence, you are not pregnant. You and your uterus need to think some more, with facts.

The menstrual cycle starts with gathering the matter in the uterus. That happens before the first period. Those girls who get pregnant before their first period are almost certainly at that stage, where they have started menarche, but haven't gone through a full cycle yet.

Again, you specifically said, MENSTRUATING. No mention of the entire cycle, only the part commonly referred to as the "period".

Start asking the women around you about it. Many of them can feel it coming for up to a week ahead.

This conversation started because Governor Whitmer drew flak for talking about "menstruating people" instead of women. My point was that the circles of women and menstruating people overlap, but aren't identical.

The chromosome thing is kind of irrelevant, anyway, since we the government doesn't test people for any particular compliment of chromosomes and only knows the gender that you or your parents report. I'm just fine with the government staying out of my chromosomes, honestly.
