Yep, it’s open and blatant. See Ray Epps. Failure to enforce illegal protestsin from of the Supreme Court residences. Russia Collusion, etc. etc.

The only bullshit is to be so naive that you believe everything the government tells you.

So why wasn’t Epps arrested along with others? They weren’t FBI but were arrested. There is no defense. Epps was used by the FBI as an agent provocateur to achieve the desired effect. Also why Pelosi refused the Guard. Set up.

It’s illegal to protest outside a sitting judges residence in an attempt to intimidate or influence a decision. All the protesters outside the judges houses are violating the law and it specifically addresses that. That is not covered first amendement activity.

He is clearly on tape inciting a riot. There’s a law against that. Why did the FBI arrest others who didn’t enter the building? How naive to believe the Intelligence agencies only use employees tied to the agency in their operations.

Why wasn’t he arrested? Others were for less. Simple question, provide an answer.

No it’s not needed unless you want to insure an incident that was obviously staged and influenced by people like Epps for political Purposes. Epps is an FBI associate that’s why he wasn’t arrested event though there is documented evidence of his guilt. While others with much less are still in jail as political Prisoners of the leftist regime.

Why wasn’t he arrested? There is.video evidence of his incitement to riot. Others were arrested for less and are still political prisoners of the leftist regime. Why was his name removed from the wanted list? Maybe because he was working for the leftist regime.

I'll explain..Mr. Trump came to the last fight I was at, he didn't come to the after-fight party.

Nice try, he wasn’t arrested for protesting was he? He stated his intentions and possessed the means on his person to carry out his murderous intent. Cops did nothing wrong. He chickened out and turned himself in.

You’re the one that thinks it’s fine because it is Conservative justices. You believe intimidation and threats of violence are ok and have proven that with summer rioting and leftist threats anytime they don’t get their way. That door swings both ways. Violence begets violence and the left is big on violence.

Nope, not when there is a specific law addressing it. It is a felony to try and influence a Sitting judges’decision by protesting outside their home. Go to the court and protest. Blatant display once again of leftist hypocrisy and bully tactics.

As far as carrying a gun, I guess it wouldn’t have been a problem until he told them he wanted to kill the judge. That speaks to intent and means. Guilty, not protected.

“He” is the guy that was arrested for traveling with a gun, knife and duct tape from California to Cavanaugh’s residence with the stated goal of assassination. When proven Guilty, his behavior will not be protected by the 2nd amendment.

I know common sense is hard but the idea that you can use bully tactics on Supreme Court justices is not protected and shouldn’t be. The hypocrites are leftists who only wants to enforce laws against those who disagree politically and give passes for those who agree.

Ooh ooh, Arnold Horshack points out another one. As if there was another Supreme Court judge named Kavanaugh with a C or a K. Nope there isn’t, so if you don’t know who it refers to you might have a learning disability.

Hahaha, you can’t determine how many Supreme Court justices are named Kavanaugh. Phonetically the same as Cavanaugh. Astonishing you have no idea who that might be 😂😂😂

Yeah, that'll totally make up for your mispelling skills.
