The problem of trans people being at a high risk of physical attacks. That's a problem.

They aren't mentally ill, and it's more than "an occasional dust-up".

There's also an exceedingly noticible difference between a segment being a small percentage of those physically attacked compared to the majority by virtue of the size of their population vs that segment disproportionately being attacked at higher rates per capita.
