Actually by advocating the spending two trillion dollars for loan for student loan forgiveness she is technically advocating throwing gas on the Gimmiedats burning sinking ship.
Let's be fair they shouldn't have given those loans out in the first place. A lot of them should be canceled because proper procedures weren't followed.
why should we cancel loans for the very people that are going to make the most money in our society? why should somebody's garbage man have to pay for some Graduate students masters degree. why should some body that paid their student loans now have to pay for those who did not .
If they could pay it back they would. I'm only for canceling loans for those that shouldn't have got them in the first place and can't pay them back anyway. Like me. I got a $20,000 student loan that I owe $120,000 on. There's no way I can pay that back in my lifetime.
it still does not make sense, Even if you never made any attempt to pay your loan the total due after 15 years would have been only 36-37k including interest.
what was the original loan interest rate? Why no payments for last 14 years. it makes no sense the numbers don't add up. Their is not a legal loan in the untied states that allows a 20k loan to grow to 100k in 14 years.

So you've been having fun! I'm so glad to hear that. I'll check that out later when I'm on my computer because it's easier. As well as when I can pay attention, because I'm so tired, and life has just been crazy lately, fires,all sorts of things.
