The flood levels of the geologic column span multiple continents. Every culture has flood stories. It's pretty clear there was a worldwide flood.

1) the flood does not. There is no evidence of a global flood. 0 amounts of evidence.
2) MANY cultures have a flood story. A disproportional amount of them are near the Black sea.
3) It is not. All geological evidence says there was no global flood.
