26 states would beg to differ, making abortion harder to achieve. Also if Roe vs Wade is overturned, you can easily expect abortion to be banned in many states in the US making it illegal.

If they saw ANY PERSON and properly validated it as it also implies to immigrants(legal or not in terms of born/nationalize) then they would of known that it also applies to unborn babies. Otherwise it would of been written as such within the second sentence of the first clause of the 14th Amendment. However you only have ANY PERSON mentioned twice with no criteria pointing to it.

If I were Black, I would look for a Black doctor, or a doctor of any race with demonstrated cultural competence (ie, one who had lots of Black patients who spoke up for them).

I'm not Black, but I have had to change doctors when I found one who wanted to treat me as a stereotype rather than an individual.

But like all race studies they don’t show any data on black physicians delivering white babies.
Inevitably there’s natural levels of tribalism. Think of dogs, you take two Rottweilers and there’s a high chance they’d do better together than a Rottweiler and a Schipperke. But on the contrary the similarities opens room for more rivalries which is most likely why blacks kill blacks, whites kill whites, Hispanics kill Hispanics, etc. People say black people die sooner than white people because of racism, but black athletes statistically die faster than white athletes. I’m no genius, but I think a boxer who’s making $1million+ a fight should have enough money to find a non-racist doctor.
It largely has to do with genetics, think of an English Mastiff compared to a Chihuahua. The Mastiff would die after 8-12 years, the Chihuahua would die after 14-20. Does that make one supreme over the other? No. But it does mean the Mastiff is larger and more gifted physically, whereas the Chihuahua’s more gifted health wise. Similar to the average black American being 1” taller and 15 lbs heavier than the average white American.

Yes, the average Black American is a little taller than the average white American (ooh, 1 inch!), but we are all far more mixed than a breed dog like a Rottweiler or a Chihuahua. I doubt those differences are deeply significant in terms of health outcomes: it's the disparities in the system. If there were some secret genetic issue causing Black maternal mortality, changing up the doctor doing the delivery wouldn't affect it. But because the mortality is caused by social issues, it can be addressed that way.
