He didn't publish anything. He didn't put the work in to develop the idea. He made one observation and wrote it down on his lab notes. An observation that contributed to the work already being done.

Other people put decades of work into mRNA vaccines.

You guys do anything to ignore what's happening. That didn't use to be how the left acted toward Big Pharma. What the hell happened to questioning everything when everyone who is questioning the science (which is what science asks of itself) is being shut down? This guy accurately predicted this new wave of omicron long before it happened, because he has intimate knowledge of how the vaccine works. He also, along with a lot of others, is trying to sound the alarm about what these vaccines do long term with all the boosters. They are weakening the users' immune system, so that when a new virus (not variant) comes onto the scene, the death toll will be many times higher...in the vaxxed community, while those who are not will fair better. Omicron originated in vaxxed people, not the other way around, because those vaccines are targeted at the alpha variant which differs substantially from the Omicron. The human body isn't designed to have elevated anti-body counts full time. You're literally creating your own auto-immune disorder with every booster. If everyone is creating an immune disorder, what happens when the next virus is released?

Malone left Vical (the company filing the patent) in 1989. He quit the research game and went back to school to become an MD. When is the date on the patent filing you found? 1996?

He had quit the company fully 6 years before this patent was filed with his name attached.

He didn't invent mRNA vaccines. He came up with one part of the early research. Then he left the company. Didn't have any connection to mRNA development after that until he failed to secure research funding from California 1996.
Then he want to work in the corporate world.
