If whatever this pastor did was as innocent as one would reasonably infer based on your meme, then it's unfortunate if he was cancelled because of it. Not particularly Jesus-like, hey?

However, I do find it curious (hypocritical?) for anyone to pick on just one side.

I'd say that as of right now, Dec 8, 2021, the left-wing Cancel Machine has the upper hand.

Consider this, please; even handed criticism is usually more effective (yes, just imo.) So, I'm sure you can give me links to the numerous other memes you've made that show the same type of criticism of both sides... right?

Good, he was promoting wickedness.

Jesus dined with lepers and prostitutes. You're supposed to follow his example, not cancel people who do.

He didn’t pal around with prostitutes to tell them how great prostitution was. He called them to repentance. There is an enormous difference there.

"Judge not lest ye be judged"

If you had actually read the bible you would know that this priest was following the example of Jesus. Interesting how this can get a priest cancelled but when you find out a priest is molesting children he just gets reassigned.

There’s a lot more to the Bible than that verse. There is, for instance, Jesus saying that those who harm children or lead them astray would be better off thrown into the ocean with a heavy rock tied to their necks.

That seems relevant here, and to you.

Yet that never happens when christians find out that their children are being abused by your clergy. You're much more forgiving when it comes to child rape than when it comes to cross-dressing. Why is that?

Who is this "you"? I think those people should be killed. I'm not the one who made the decisions.

It's kind of funny, you say "Judge not lest you be judged" (which is all of the Bible your arrogant, ignorant ass knows), and then you immediately turn to making judgments about Christians.

Now see, for me, I know there's more to the Bible than that, so I feel comfortable saying more. For instance, not long after that verse, Jesus also told us to watch out for false teachers who would claim to be representing him, but seek to destroy and devour. Like this sick freak of a "pastor".

I never claimed to be a Christian. You do even though everything you say goes against the teachings of Christ.

Methinks we found our false prophet.

What did I say that goes against the teachings of Christ? Be specific please.

"Octavia_Melody

Didn't Jesus tell his followers to treat others as they would want to be treated, and love their neighbors as themselves? You clearly don't do that when you denigrate and insult other people."

"Zaklog

Spoken like someone who's never actually read the Gospels."

Because that's not in it at all on Planet Bullchit?

Obviously not because no one has ever produced screen shots of Jesus saying any of that.

I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but the entirety of Jesus message was not “be nice.” He was quite harsh sometimes. He called some people a bunch of snakes. He said that people who acted certain ways would be better off tossed overboard with a rock tied around their neck. The entire Bible is not “be nice.”

You literally just referred to others as evil even though Jesus forbids you from judging others.

Plus, no real Christian spends his Sunday begging an atheist to explain the bible to him. You may be an enthusiast, but you're no Christian.
1 up, 3y
Yes, if the entire Bible consisted of just that verse, you’d be 100% correct.

I’m done. This is playing chess with a pigeon.

Oh? Who religion are the Chosen? What religion is Yahweh? What religion was Jesus?

“ So when I say that you believe in fairytales, I am convinced of that.” Maintaining a stance despite having already been corrected twice

You said that I believe in fairytales, therefore, your statement (that YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe is a liar) is hypocritical

“ but for it to be a lie, I would have to know it's false.” And you do (or at least should, because I already informed you of its falsity five months ago.

You're the one who just got caught lying, and you're judging others which Jesus specifically tells you not to.

You're the problem, kid
