That is a drop in the ocean plus the fire department is paid locally and not at the federal level. Infrastructure, as most of us are beginning to realize, means whatever the left wants it to mean. It is not roads and bridges (which are also paid for locally).
Infrastructure is a buzzword. The politicians use it and everyone thinks roads and bridges but what the money collected is actually spent on no one really knows. Infrastructure to a Democrat politician could mean another mansion or stuff like that.
CRT is all about taking rights away from whites and giving them to everyone who is not white. Because whites are all of the sudden the oppressors and non-whites are now the oppressed. This is what social justice is all about. Defining who the oppressor is and punishing them. When Marx first came up with this insidious idea it was the business owners vs labor. Then in the 20th century it was rich vs poor. That was called Critical Theory. Since the 1980's, Marxists frustrated because nothing was taking hold with the America people, came up with a new oppressor/oppressed group. Whites vs everyone else and that is called Critical Race Theory.
I've never oppressed anyone at anytime but none of that matters. In fact the left has invented a word to also include non-oppressive whites. It is called Micro-aggressions. In other words I don't have to do anything, it is all what the non-white person thinks I might be thinking or doing that counts.
In a free country the government would just protect everyone's rights and freedoms equally and not create special protected groups. In other words there is no such thing as black rights, women's rights, gay rights, etc. There are just rights and they belong to everyone.
