A trolling question if there ever was one.
My $0.02 is that racism is a human failing. Its origins are not based on political affiliation.
That having been said, political ideals can be more/less racist for a given political party at various times of its history. And historically, that's always been the Democrats. In contemporary times, with charged politics being what they are, I think it's unfair to label one party as more racist than another.
For example, if people of good will and honest intentions are simply trying to make elections secure and fair, then for the other side to say they need to be wide open to cheating, and that attempts to make them fair and secure must be based in racism, is disingenuous at best.
