Alex Jones clearly thought it was some sort of conspiracy cover-up involving crisis actors. He admitted it in the deposition , later blamed himself saying that on psychosis, ended up losing the court case about it, and was ordered to pay 6 figures for defamation.

No, it was from Trump supporters. There were a few Antifa people there, but the vast majority of the people who stormed the Capitol were Trump supporters. That does not mean that all Trump supporters are bad, though.
