In a likely futile attempt to bring some meaning to your comment, let me ask you this; why can't a person complain about Afghans being left behind who would likely be murdered by the Taliban (those who helped us) and also complain about Afghans (or anyone) who come here having multiple diseases?

you left out of context that the complaints are about Americans being left behind in Afghanistan. Your statement does not excuses the bad behavior of the left double standard of bringing people to this nation without doing a criminal background check AND make sure that they are physically and mentally healthy, so that they are not bringing more diseases over.
