people also forget the out of the blue special "grant" that Congress offered the U.S.P.S. in the summer of 2020, which provided special funding to the Post Office on the condition that they do not change any of the mail-in ballot counting machines. Post Master DeJoy turned down the grant funding. During the summer of 2020, why would the Democrats be so specifically concerned about preventing changes or upgrades to mail-in ballot machines??? At the time, everyone thought COVID would be over by Aug/Sept. and back-to-school would be in-person.
