Remember when the left called Trump a dictator.

Having fundamental contempt for the base line intelligence of the average citizen and also dismissing the Constitution as a useless historical curiosity is WHY the Left keeps getting tossed out of power again almost immediately after managing to temporarily pull the wool over the eyes of just enough citizens. The end results of the mid term elections should make the Left's leadership and their elites aware of this . . . again.

SCOTUS has even said this is unconstitutional and unlawful. I would hope that, when it's inevitably challenged in court, heads roll for this. This is such a blatant illegal act that I'm just stunned.

That was fast of SCOTUS. . .or did they decide to skip the lawyers and get straight to the point?

They were asked to advise -- give a general sense of the legality of the order -- by the Biden administration. SCOTUS said it wasn't legal... so the Biden administration is attempting to rephrase the old executive order into a new one anyway. They MUST know that it will be challenged and they MUST know the likelihood that it will backfire is EXTREMELY high... but here we are.

A colleague of mine suggested that this may be the impetus that drives Biden to attempt stacking SCOTUS when this obvious bullshittery falls flat. After some consideration... I think they, unfortunately, may have a point there.

Honestly, it's not necessarily the Liberals you need to worry about... it's the, ironically named, Progressives.
