If you take God into account, he has done no wrong. He is good, and we aren’t. So once we sin, then we cannot be in the presence of God. We are punished to eternal separation from Him, which is Hell.

Also, Satan doesn’t actually live in Hell. Neither do any demons. In fact, Hell is his doomed place as well.

Separation is delusion, albeit a persistent one.

I would think hell would be a place where genocides, war, murder, rape, torture, famine, disease, sickness, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, slaughter houses, pedophilia, hatred, finding or having people, pets and things you love and then having to say goodbye to everyone one of those people, pets and and things you love because of death, accidents, sickness etc. having happy moments only to tease you into thinking your not in hell and then have them ripped away, poverty, starvation, alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling addiction, porn.

Seems like hell to me but it’s what we’ve got so make the best of it I guess.

There isn't a fiery damnation place in my religion, and I feel the concept is totally ludicrous. However, I imagine tales of such a sadistic realm does make for persuasive scare tactics to use on children and the gullible.
