From what little I understand, from liberals who don’t just roll their eyes when I ask, is that CRT has been taught in colleges for years and was an instrumental tool in rooting out segregationslist ideas. It was denounce first by segregationists.

Whether or not it is still the same theory or, much like feminism, has had generational variants, I honestly cannot say and I’m much more likely to trust someone who has actually taken a CRT class over someone who very likely has not.
