Well, there's an ultimate plan and goal. It isn't just their idea to make America better, it's to literally destroy it and turn it into a Communist country. The whole refund the police thing is just a set up to establish a federal police state.

I am.... confused. Are there not already federal regulations regarding law enforcement? They're hired by a government agency and as a result *are* government agents

The point of the 'defund the police' mumbo jumbo is different depending on who you ask.

The main thing, I would say, is that police are generally underspecialized. In order to have more specialized and better trained people, police actually need *more* funding, and more rigorous checks. Not to make then faceless brutal soldiers, but to hold them accountable and make sure you don't have the wrong person for a job. More specialization means a higher quality of law enforcement, which equates to better performance and more objective reasoning, which, since the whole police corruption debacle that's been going on, has been called for numerous times.

Then why are they doing it? You don't think you are smarter than them do you? They want to replace the police with UN white hats that rape and pillage.

I haven't seen anyone saying anything about replacing police with UN operatives. That would be completely nonsensical.

You need to read the globalists white papers. They say it in plain English.

That's because a bigger fence than the already most heavily guarded non-war border, which is between two allied nations at a very comfortable peace, is negligible relative to making sure nations in a region of high instability don't try anything.

Spend money to keep all the terrorists at bay

Spend money to keep out hopeless immigrants who just want a chance at freedom
