Religious beliefs aside, there could be infinitely possible outcomes of the extinction of humans let alone our entire planet.
Possibility #1 - Global Warming: I am not all that well informed of what specifically global warming has done to the planet and what it can do, but I know for a fact it's changing average climates dramatically and increasing temperatures to rising in places where it shouldn't. That may not sound bad, heck, the warmer temperature might even sound good but if you're including the pollution from anything burning fossil fuels, garbage waste, uncontrollable wildfires, and more in the time of almost a full century (if we are to assume current global warming started in early 19th century), I believe the warmer temperatures poisons the air we breathe, melts the ice caps in the polar regions at a greater quantity which result in higher ocean levels and the possibility of soil poisoning.
Possibility #2 - Viral Wipeout: Looking at what Covid alone has done to the whole world and how slow the majority of the world reacted and how some parts of it couldn't even react due to lack of resources just shows that if a virus or disease anywhere near stronger and deadlier in any means than the Coronavirus strains could possibly wipe out most if not all of humanity. That being said, as time goes on and technology advances, I personally think people get lazier and lazier as technology gets better and better, so even if our medicines are improving and our tests are getting more accurate, we as humans MUST do our part in keeping epidemics and pandemics at bay.
Possibility #3 - Celestial bombardment: Very little is really known about space. For all we know, a Star Wars classed Empire could be right over our heads preparing a planetary-surface bombardment to wipe us out. Though that is unlikely, I do think it is a small possibility an Asteroid or Meteor may enter Earth's atmosphere and have a chance of wiping out the planet. If you need a better explanation, just watch an asteroid movie lol (but seriously, read a NASA article about asteroid impacts). But, if something like that were to occur, Astronomers would have most likely spotted the asteroid and it's collision course towards Earth years if not decade maybe even centuries before we even see it in the night sky.
Possibility #4 - Nuclear War: As scary as it sounds, I personally think it won't happen. I feel like an asteroid impact is more likely than our own governments nuking one another. . . TBC
