psychopathy is a mental disorder where you can't feel empathy but can hide it. That's what separates psychopathy from sociopathy. Sociopaths can't hide it, but psychopaths can. And you have no evidence that they are all psychopaths or say trump is unstable. Even the classic liberal meme template is not guaranteed to be a leftist. She might actually be a trump supporter.
