I don't listen to YouTube Music but whenever I look for a song on YouTube it is always there. I bought a karaoke machine for my wife for Christmas. ALL of the ones I looked at all said they work with YouTube karaoke songs. Yes it is other artists performing the music but the music is still copyrighted.

I've never tried or even thought about watching a complete movie on YouTube but I have looked for short clips of specific scenes from movies and most of the time I can find them.

However, I have found pro-conservative videos only to go back a second time and find them missing. Fortunately, there is Rumble and Bit Chute. They don't censor anyone's political opinions.

I've seen on occasion where an album is broken down into playlists of separate songs, and some aren't available for play here because of some foreign copyright issue (a cover song or an issue with one of the song's writers or musicians). Some folks utilize VPNs to get around this.

I've also seen disclaimers from channel owners stating that they don't mean to violate any copyrights and will take it down if requested.

Quite a few of my faves have disappeared over time, only to reappear on another channel only to disappear from that as well months later.

You're right. I have seen songs in play lists that violated foreign copyright laws. But Moore's video was not foreign and is protected under US law.

And YouTube could have pulled it at the request of the copyright owner. They have that option.

Weird Al Yankovic always tries to get approval from the artist whose song he is parodying even though he is protected under the law. If he cannot get permission he will not do the parody. There are exceptions. He did Amish Paradise, a parody on Ganstas Paradise by Coolio, believing he had Coolio's permission only after everything was finished and the album released he found out that Coolio had not given him permission nor would he have. But there was nothing Coolio could do because parodies are protected.

I know that the left will say Moore's video was pulled for one reason and the right will say another. I will say that I really don't know. All I know is that YouTube is corrupt in that they only favor the left and censor the right.

Even though Moore could not possibly ever be considered anywhere near the right, unless he had some major life altering experience, what he produced does fly right in the face of the left, the Democrat Party, the UN and the World Economic Forum. The notion that the world is going t burn up in 9 years unless we collapse the economy and force global Socialism on the planet has far too many supporters who demand compliance that if someone as radically left as Moore ever produced something so convincingly opposed to the notion they would remove it.

After all the same people were stole the election for Biden because he is part of them and Trump was not. So much effort to overcome an extremely popular president who had presided over a booming economy that they got sloppy. Never before has someone so unfit for the presidency beaten an extremely popular incumbent. Especially when that unfit man was the vice president during the 2nd worst economy we have ever faced.

At what point did Moore become right winged? As far as I know Moore is still one of the more radical leftists in the nation. The fact that a couple of people on the right went to bat for him against YouTube only means that they put their money where their mouth is when it comes to free speech.

It used to be global warming but then it was changed to climate change and the warming part seemed to fade in importance.

If there is global warming and an increase in CO2 then great. We get longer growing seasons and stronger crop yields. I'm not sure what the problem is there. But that's not it. It is "greenhouse gases". Notice that "gases" is plural? CO2 is just one of them. I guess the other is cow farts but who knows what they mean by it because they won't tell us what is allegedly going to happen.

Why is Capitalism the problem? Why is that destroying our planet? China is a Socialist/Communist state and they have the worst pollution on the planet. Is Socialism going to fix the problem?
