And what if someone was not following the constituition?
That is, if the system is not being followed by those who swore to uphold the constituition should you consider martial law or some other means of attempt to correct the system to the rule of law as laid out in constituition?
The answer to that question and whether we are following the rules as laid out will determine what course of action actually prevails.
