Biden received an average of 167,714 votes per county, while Obama received only 79,038 votes per county.
Was voter turn out twice what it was in 2016?
Did that many Obama voters move from rural counties to big urban counties?

Russell Ramsland is not remotely close to an authoritative source on how elections work. He was the same genius who in an affidavit, mixed up precincts in Michigan and Minnesota, as well as the same genius who wildly overestimated voter turnout in Michigan. And his latest claim of Dominion fraud was already debunked by the Antrim county recount. Recounts in Georgia and Wisconsin for example have already thoroughly debunked claims of Dominion fraud, so why would it be any different in Arizona, which is controlled by a Republican governor who already certified the results?

As for the Antrim County recount, it was done by a bipartisan committee and it certified its results for Trump, as well as confirming that there was no problem with the Dominion software.
