I would disagree. By defunding the police, the black community will begin to feel freer to get jobs and contribute so society. They will also have more money because they won't have to pay speeding tickets or parking tickets. (sarcastic)

Well....defunding education programs, SNAP, and every other safety net helped produce them. Can we REfund those things? How did the (funded) Police help to NOT produce these people?

Talk to the democrat mayors, most of the violence occurs in cities they have ran for up to 40 years.

Started with Reagan and continued from there. Cuts to education and other programs while incentivizing companies to offshore jobs (for more profit) led to the gutting of urban manufacturing and living wage jobs that offered dignified lives.

You insist on blaming one side, neither did anything for black families, even when we had a black president and controlled both houses of congress. Trump helped with unemployment but then the pandemic ended. He is the only person that cares enough to help.

Black unemployment was at record lows under Obama and continued to improve moving forward.

It is going down and will stay that way now that they burned every business in their neighborhoods. Not that any of the look at me, I dress like a thug punks would fill out applications anyway.

Most of the people I saw burning things were white people from outside the areas burning.

I thought that too, so I went to youtube, some riots had a mixture, some were black only. Nothing like criminals stupid enough to post evidence against themselves.

I find it ironic that it is considered ok to call white thugs names but black thugs get put on pedestals. White supremacists are racists, black supremacists are civil rights groups. Like the youth in the meme, it is easier to change the subject that accept the truth. Black culture is where change has to start or nothing will make a difference, no education, no job training, it is all just pushing it off on the next generation.

Black power, that's what the thugs were screaming this morning. Maybe they would be happier living apart, eating in their own restaurants, maybe even having black only water faucets, oh wait ...

I don't see many "black supremacists" Even the black panthers were about equal rights...not more than equal or preaching blacks being superior to whites or any race.
However chanting "black power" doesn't scare me in the slightest as a white person. I see more and more black and brown people using their 2A rights like their silly white counterparts. Soon all will be armed, LEGALLY. Hopefully everyone figures out how to get along better real soon.

ALL culture needs to change. We have record numbers in all races in the wrong stats: teenage pregnancies, children out of wedlock, debt etc.

The key to everything is dignigied employment. Trickle down doesn't work. We need better jobs people can live off working 40 hours a week. And support families. This alone would change the entire dynamic of everything.
