I'm not saying socialism "works", (nor that Bernie would turn America "socialist") but the idea that his election would result in people waiting in line for a few squares of ass wipe is pretty ridiculous. What he's going to ration TP? Is he going to shut off the water too?? Why wait in line for TP when you could just wash your ass with water and soap?

The green new deal will cost upwards of 92 trillion dollars and cut everything from beef production to planes. Back to the Stone age for us.

From what I've read so far the goal is net zero emissions. If this results in being required to use a bidet to wash, I'm ok with that. The end result is cleaner than toilet paper anyway. Not sure if I'd consider that going back to the Stone age.

It occurs to me that they might back both Bernie and Trump because they don't believe Bernie could win against Trump... But maybe they believe someone else could.
So backing both is like a win/win either way.

They're trying to destabilize the country. One side hates Trump, so he "supports" Trump. The other side hates Bernie, so he "supports" Bernie. Regardless who wins he has sown the seeds of more division. As long as we're too busy fighting each other over meaningless bullshit we aren't working as a united country. Just look what allegations of russian support have done to the country in just the last 4 years, despite investigations saying that support didn't actually change anything in any meaningful way. People falling for russian psyops like it's in style. Mueller report actually stated that Russia interfered to try and support Bernie's campaign in 2016, too. They're just doing the exact same thing expecting to get the exact same results, and so far it looks like we're all too happy to do their dirty work ourselves.

Everything I've been able to find said Russians basically favored everyone except Hillary.. (which kind of makes it seem like a conspiracy.. like everyone except her? Ya sure. )..... Except that backing every candidate would obviously not make sense.. (like betting on both teams.)

And although I am not as familiar with the more recent Tulsi stuff... If their goal is still to sow division in America, backing Tulsi, Bernie, (or anyone who does not represent the status quo) would make sense... Particularly if they believe the person would not end up running as VP to whoever represents the status quo.. Biden or Warren I guess.. idk.

The indictment wasn't the DNC, it was Mueller. However, yes, the DNC seems to weaponize russia accusations to try to play politics without realizing how much damage it does to the country - it's about as divisive a tactic as you can find, and leads to the nonsense you see on social media where everyone is calling everyone who disagrees with them a russia-loving traitor. It's the exact result the russians are hoping for and we just can't seem to help ourselves.
