Trump till 2024, then Pence probably for the next 8. Maybe Candace Owens after that?! Probably be a while till we see a Demoncrat president in office with the booming economy and stuff getting done (in spite of the Sham impeachment and Mueller and all the time that both of those wasted).

Yeah, the Republicans are selling you the on the idea that because the economy is booming it'll somehow offshoot the need to raise taxes and pay off it's debt. It isn't. Eventually the pendulum will swing so the Republicans can blame someone on all this spending other than themselves.

Whoa! I think you have republicans confused with the "tax and spend" party (the Demoncrats in case you didn't know).

Both parties are guilty of overspending. Overspending seems to happen more often during the transitional swing periods when not only parties swing, but the priorities. The partisan divide only drives up cost of spending. It seems ridiculous to ignore the debt problem only when the opposition is in power. No matter which side of the aisle you fall on.
