"The woman identified as "Jared's sister" was believed to be Nicole Kushner, who is involved in the family business, not Dara Kushner, who generally stays out of the spotlight. But the woman's face was not clearly visible from the back of the ballroom, where reporters were told to remain." The article only mentions Jared's sister as the one running this event, not Jared. No proof that it was really his sister, either.

"At a marketing event in May, Ms. Meyer promoted the company’s connections to the Trump administration as she courted Chinese investors for a pair of luxury apartment towers being built by the Kushner Companies in New Jersey. The project “means a lot to me and my entire family,” she told prospective investors at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Beijing.

Mr. Kushner gave up his role running the family company in January. He still owns a significant piece of the business.

In a statement, Kushner Companies’ general counsel, Emily Wolf, said the company was cooperating with the authorities.

“EB-5 is a longstanding federal program that is frequently used by many large developers to raise funds and help create jobs,” Ms. Wolf said. “Kushner Companies utilized the program, fully complied with its rules and regulations and did nothing improper.”

She added: “Neither Kushner Companies nor Nicole Meyer have done anything wrong in connection with the EB-5 program, and any suggestion to the contrary is simply false. The company and Ms. Meyer are cooperating with all legal requests in order to show that they did everything properly and clear up any questions.”

So how did Ivanka cash in? Jared wasn't even involved.

Do you benefit from your spouse's family's business? Are you saying that if your spouse was not involved in the family business, you would still benefit? How?
Ivanka is a business woman. Diplomats stay at hotels all the time. Do you expect the president's entire family to not run their businesses and live in poverty while he is president?

Trump's hotels doing business with diplomats is a clear conflict of interest.

Is the president being impeached for emoluments?

I not only quoted from the three articles you posted (from anti-Trump biased sources, no less), I showed how your premise, that somehow Jared Kushner and Ivanka are involved in something shady, does not line up with the content of any of the articles. The biased sources used clever wording to try to implicate Jared, Ivanka, and POTUS into looking guilty by association, but it's clear that they themselves are not under investigation because they weren't involved.
Jared is not responsible for his sister's actions.

You quoted Kushner's PR person and tried to give the fact that his sister is running the company now as proof of something. You don't think he weighs in, when he's still part owner? Seriously? Talk about stupid and ignorant, not to mention a complete waste of time.

Are you responsible for the actions of any companies in which you own stock?

Why would they give up a salary they were entitled to if they were using the office to make money? Has Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, etc given up their salaries? How much were they worth before entering office? How much are they worth now? What is their annual salary? Reconcile.

He doesn't own stock. It's his family's company. His sister has taken the helm after he stepped down *from running the company.* He owns 40% - almost half the business. You keep trying to make it sound like he's some distant relation, not involved in the company at all. It's freaking hilarious. Oh, lookee here, another of his business interests got $90mil since 2017 from investors in off-shore accounts, some of whom are from Saudi Arabia, and he even tried to not disclose it for his security clearance:
