It was a brilliant troll by a pro-Trump group, combining two left-wing ideas: the advocacy of abortion and the advocacy of eating the dead (cannibalism) to combat climate change.

What made it even more brilliant is that most people wouldn't actually be surprised to hear the idea of eating aborted fetuses /genuinely/ coming from the left. The left views fetuses as entirely unimportant, so from their viewpoint, what would be the difference between eating a fetus and eating a chicken's egg?
