Let's see if I understand. You're saying because Americans who live in the U.S. won't support them, they are trying to raise money from Americans who don't live in the U.S. and will not have to suffer from their policies.

No. I'm saying that they're leveraging Trump's racist bullshit to raise money from Americans living in a country that's the target of that racist bullshit.

But, they left the U.S., what do they care about his immigration policy? They can come and go as they want.

The DNC is depending on the fact that they won't have to live with the Democrat's policies, so they don't care how insane they are.

More American's living in the U.S. obviously would rather donate to Trump than the Democrats. He is raising twice the money his Democrat opponents are combined. He is even beating the Democrats in typically blue areas.

It's well too early to judge engagement by fund raising. There's 7,000 DNC candidates right now.
If you want to judge support by donations- you have to look at individual donations rather than total amounts.

Why should they care? Because they live there. The economy of Mexico is the pond they're swimming in. It's in their interest to make sure it is getting along with the American economy.

Whatever. The DNC is still way behind the RNC. The DNC is $6 million in debt and the RNC has no debt and over twice the cash on hand.

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez plans to hold party fundraising events with the American expatriate community in Mexico City next month.

Perez will participate in three events in the Mexican capital on Sept. 28, according to invitations obtained by Bloomberg News. The events range from happy hour drinks with a $25 minimum student entry to a dinner where tickets range from $1,000 to $15,000.
