I looked both up, and guess what, I couldn't find any article which said that School Headmasters told girls to wear Hijab to stop bullying. You should check out the documentary "Borderless" on Youtube. Turns out that the people who really do need to flee in fear of their lives from ISIS and such just plain can't /afford/ to do so. The traffickers, who have set up a business of getting these people across the borders, charge hundreds, sometimes thousands of euros, just for a /chance/ to cross. And if something happens to screw up that chance, you don't just wait for the next opportunity, you have to pay again.
