I know, I was saying that they get paid more for the harder jobs with more accidents. They take riskier jobs, but it has higher pay.

Yeah, its pretty much BS. For the exact same job, with the same qualifications and everything, the woman earns 97.8 cents for every dollar earned by the man. That is much too small to draw any conclusions.

No, I mean, it doesn't matter WHY men /earn/ more, ie different jobs, high risks involved, more hours worked, more skill required, etc. All that matters to them is that men get paid more money.

the reason women overall are paid less throughout the full year is because the entire demographic they use for the stats take more time off for things, work more flexible hours, and take low paying and less risky occupations.

Not only that, but the stats they use are the combined averages of all women versus all men, without even breaking down by different jobs.
