In NO city are they near 75% of the population. So the point is that they are inherently more dangerous and criminal than the legal population.

For example, In New York, not a border state, Illegal aliens have an estimated rate of 168.75 illegal aliens incarcerated for murder and related offenses per 100,000 illegal aliens, and 48.12 legal residents incarcerated for murder and related offenses per 100,000 legal residents. A FOUR time higher rate.

ANY crime committed by an illegal alien is preventable since they should not be here in the first place.

If a person gets into the country and does so by breaking our laws, that person has displayed the nature of one with criminal intent.. They weren't too CONCERNED about the border police while committing a crime, so why change and worry about State Police once they are here? They won't change.
