You can be a fascist without being in charge of the government. Mussolini was a fascist before he took control of Italy. Fascism is a philosophy as well as a form of government.

Not really. They, in fact, advocate the idea that fetuses are still human, therefore have conciousness, when they are conceived, and it is liberals who believe otherwise. Conservatives are just opposed to baby-killing because they believe, legally speaking, that it is murder. Besides, who, without any special circumstances concerning the mothers health or the questioning of the babies likelyhood to survive before or during birth, should you ever want to kill your own baby? Conservative or liberal, if you think its ok to kill something so precious as your own child just because you didn't want it, then that makes you heartless.

Brain-activity means that they are alive. Why do you say an embryo is not a child? that's like saying that a tadpole isn't a frog because they don't look the same. Besides, it doesn't have to be self aware for it to be killing or not. Dogs aren't self aware. You want to say that dog killing is ok?

So what you're saying is that a fetus or a tadpole really quickly evolves into a human or frog? Scientists can all concur that evolution takes absolutely forever to take place, so either they do evolve in some magically impossible way, or they were humans or frogs to begin with

I'm assuming you are talking about abortion, in which case the issue is whether or not the fetus is an individual human life deserving of legal protection. If it is, that is not regulating social behavior, but protecting the rights of a human to not be murdered.

If you are trying to claim it's about birth control, wanting to ban BC is not a common conservative possition. Many do not think the government should fund it (or force insurance companies to fund it) because personal decisions are personal responsibilities.

Again, the issue is whether or not it's murder. I'm sure you don't consider abortion murder, but if it is (if as a society we were to actually reach a concensus as to when an embryo or fetus becomes a human life), I'm sure you agree that it is appropriate for murder to be illegal. Indicating that this is not about legislating social behavior, but protecting human life. There is just not a concensus on when that life becomes human life.

Defining murder in terms of if it's legal is intentionally misleading, as laws can change (and often are different from country to country. For instance, whether or not euthanasia is illegal depends on where you are. And whether or not it is murder is unclear. Is taking a human life, even if they want you to, still murder? Is the death penalty, which is legal, murder?) Obviously the status of these situation as murder or not under moral grounds is up for debate.
