The overarching conclusion should be that you can address all the problems mentioned in the article without trying to assign blame. For example, it is possible to reduce murder in some large city without specifying who is killing who. Efforts to reduce poverty have been shown equally effective at reducing crime in white and black neighborhoods. I'm not sure blaming white people would be any more helpful than blaming Jews was helpful in the past.
