All Dems supported Jim Crowe laws as they controlled Congress. They only shifted after Supreme Court made them take the black man’s vote. Immediately they offer welfare to get his vote and pass civil rights act 1964. DRMs been keeping blacks down ever since & blaming others.

You are aware that most people on welfare are white, and the majority live in Red State/Bible Belt/Moral Majority whatever they'll be called in the next decade South.
