Kavanaugh has proof he was out of town.

Only one person (the guy that happened to be in the room watching [that makes sense...]) of every single person Ford claims was at the party recalls the party ever happened. The party is a lie.

Ford is a lying tool. The Dems are doing whatever the can to keep Kavanaugh from being confirmed before the Midterms.

If you believe Ford you're straight up retarded. Investigations and hearings don't need to happen if there is no evidence to support the claims. Otherwise I could send you to court right now by saying you sexually assaulted me 15 years ago.

"If you believe Ford you're straight up retarded."

If you believe anyone because a party agenda told you to you are straight up beyond willfully and hopelessly brain damaged.

"Investigations and hearings don't need to happen if there is no evidence to support the claims."

Investigations and hearings do need to happen to seek evidence to support or refute the claims. That is the purpose of investigations and hearings.

"Otherwise I could send you to court right now by saying you sexually assaulted me 15 years ago."

No, since you did not know each other, attend the same parties, associate with the same circle of people, nor know anyone to corroborate so much as your character and behavior, let alone what could not possibly have occured in your allegation.

Ford writes letter to Feinstein claiming she was assaulted >> they agreed to keep it confidential >> reporters start showing up at her house and work asking about the sexual assault >> news articles are written >> Dems demand an FBI investigation based on news articles.

Hmm sounds familiar to something I've told you about before. Something about a FISA Warrant...

"The CIA and FBI would tell reporters information about Trump that wasn't true. >> Reporters would write news articles about the false information that painted a bad picture of Trump >> FBI would then cite the news articles as reasons that Trump needed to be investigated >> very illegal"

False, You should watch the hearing. Particularly at the end when Feinstein was trying to cover her ass when some of the senators started busting her balls about the leak. Sneaky witch covered her ass but anyone with half a brain can see she's lying.

No. This is old news, and Ford stated it as well today.
WP & Eshoo were in early July, Feinstein was later July.

You are trolling, aren't you?

Why bother doing that? You honestly think lying is going to convince those who know better than you otherwise?

This is now getting past stupid. And unlike Suka's cheesy quips, you're not even trying to be funny or entertaining, just petty and lame.

Got stuff to do. Ciao.

Ford contacted The Washington Post & Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, THEN through Eshoo’s office contacted Feinstein.

You know what you can do? Even if you don't know the truth and facts because you lack a time machine, you can still look at testimony. Who has changed their story and contradicted themselves? Who is the burden of proof upon?

A little common sense throws this out the window.

Yes, and temperment and what people are willing to do to prove the veracity of their claims.
Get charged with something like that? Most folks would want to clear their names. Verging on a temper tantrum extended at all sorts in an alleged conspiracy? Doesn't look good either. Not proof of guilt, but proof that he does not require to be heavily drunk to be belligerent. Mind you, at what, 51? Not 15. No excuse.

Skip the accusations, this guy trashed himself today. Supreme Court Judge material? Just on how he presents himself, I hope not.

He says "you need more than an accusation for evidence. You need corroboration. That's what's missing here."

It's ridiculous. Kavanaugh is literally about to be confirmed after the most scrutinous hearings and FBI investigations in Supreme Court nomination history and all of a sudden a crazy lady blows a **pe whistle.

All evidence points to his innocence so a day after he announced he had proof he was out of town the same lady blows the **pe whistle again saying another person has come forward.

How can people believe this crap?

I actually believe she thinks she's telling the truth. But memory is an inaccurate thing. It was 30 years ago, she was a teenager, she said the boys were drunk (realistically that means most people, including herself, were probably drunk too). Her memory could be inaccurate as to when it occured, exactly what occured, or even which male(s) from the party were involved.
reply
3 ups
That's why when you get sexually assaulted, you go to the police immediately and not wait 35 years at a pivotal point of time that is too obviously politically motivated.

If your memory is faulty, you should just shut your damn mouth so that you don't risk ruining the life of an innocent person.

In high school I dated a girl that didn't go to my high school. How is that even possible?

Keep trying to make Kav out to be the bad guy. How petty can you get? Your argument is trash. What are you, a porn lawyer?

We're getting Kavanaugh and there's nothing the left can do to stop it, except attempt a character assassination to try and get him to step down to avoid any more embarrassment. Kavanaugh isn't backing down. He's a great guy, and he's going to be the newest Supreme Court Justice.

You're right, for the past 100 years the Dems and Republicans have been working for themselves and their foreign overlords. Everyone knew it and nobody did anything about it because that's just how it was. That all changed in 2016.

There is a resistance. It's not being fought with guns by dauntless 20 year olds being led by an old wise black guy with dreadlocks. It's being fought in the courts by the military intelligence community and conservatives who are being led by an old orange dude with a fetish for blondes.

There is a war being fought for the fate of humanity across the globe. The first battle was won in Saudi Arabia on November 4, 2017. The current battleground is Washington DC. The enemy is being eliminated and corralled back to its source in Europe.

It's time to pick a side, regardless of whether or not you agree with everything they have to offer.

He helped orchestrate the takedown in Saudi Arabia.

He has pacified North Korea. They fired a Nuke at Hawaii and one at Japan a few days later. He got a peace deal out of it.

He destroyed Irans secret nuclear facility in Syria.

He's renegotiating the trade deals that were designed to slowly bleed the US into poverty.

He's getting people out of politics and industry that have ties to the syndicate. There have never in the history of the US been so many politicians and elite businesses people that have resigned or announced that they will not run for reelection. Coincidence?

It's all connected. They're all steps towards achieving the same goal of overthrowing the crime syndicate everywhere it's rooted down.

How many investigations do you think is needed? He’s had several already for his current position. Notice how the Dems want a long drawn out investigation. Not because they want it to be thorough but because it would delay the vote till after the election . . . Which is their motivation all along.
reply

Ya I get the dems political motivation for dropping the bomb later instead of sooner. but their timing doesn't necessarily mean she is lying about what happened (as some have stated).. or that she was paid... or that this is revenge for the Clintons. xP
speaking of which.. let's say new information came up about "Crooked Hillary". Has her limit of investigations already been reached or do you think they'd go for one more?
reply

They probably wouldn’t go for another investigation. They already found plenty of evidence against her but just said she was sloppy. So, more evidence won’t make a difference while she’s got people in the judiciary covering for her.

We may not have proof but we do have:
- one of the women who originally came out in support of him now retracting her support
-his roommate claiming he would sometimes get belligerent drunk
- he himself talking about partying and I think something about "what happens in __ stays in ___"..
- 2or is it 3 now(?) women claiming he did some sh** to them while drunk
- one of them actually took and passed a polygraph
- and told her therapist about the incident 6 years ago

None of this is proof but as a whole, it doesn't look good.

Being proven "innocent" or "guilty" doesn't necessarily mean it's so, it means one lawyer is better at providing convincing material than the other. Way too many cases of "proven guilt" that have ultimately been proven innocent and I'm sure many that were guilty that go unproven. That said, it's the best system we have under the circumstances of the fact that humans are prone to wilfully lying to avoid punishment.
