I'm not entirely sure about what your reply is meant to mean. Would you explain, please? I will say that no one has ever found the rumored widespread voter fraud supposedly perpetrated by undocumented immigrants on a regular basis. I know there are many people that believe if you keep saying it, eventually it will become true, but it just ain't so.

This politician wants to give them drivers licenses which would make it easier for them to vote, thus, the widespread voter fraud you say doesn’t exist. But even though it may not be widespread, we should all be concerned that it happens at all.

In California, we've had undocumented immigrants with drivers' licenses for some time now. Guess what? No widespread voter fraud! I know this is a common bugbear for some people, but logically, why on earth would people draw attention to themselves by voting illegally? I agree that voter fraud is an issue, although personally I am more concerned about fraudulent disenfranchisement of legal voters (which DOES occur every election) than I am about the handful of people who try to vote when they're not allowed to.

I’ll bet votes from people who are not here legally or are dead, etc. happen more often than disinfanchisement of legal voters. The left claims that voter ID laws disenfranchise poor people. What I don’t understand is, if you were able to show proper ID when you registered to vote, why can’t you do it again? This is why people suspect voter fraud since there is such a big resistance to measured that would help prevent it.

You can believe it - and bet on it - if you like. I doubt you can prove it. Disenfranchisement comes in many forms: oops, your name isn't on the rolls, look at that; oops, we're closing this line; oops, you're in the wrong polling place and can't vote here....that happens quite often. The measures you believe would help haven't made a difference in a problem that doesn't exist - namely, dead people or non-citizens trying to vote. I get that there's widespread paranoia about this, but study after study has found virtually none of it happening. Conservatives want to throw their full weight behind something that isn't a problem as a fig leaf to create a problem.

Now we can post articles all day long that contest each other's points. I will also point out that one of your articles talks about one guy who registered ineligible/dead folks without proving that any of them voted, and another talks about the risk of voter fraud because of voter rolls that haven't been cleaned up, without proving that it happened. I will also note that FAIR is classified as a hate group, so relying on them for accurate numbers and reporting is, while certainly your choice, hardly an unbiased source.
