All this stuff could be completely explained with means unrelated to race.
1: whites tend to have higher credit scores than blacks
2: Blacks commit a disproportionate amount of crimes each year, which means that criminals will more likely be black. This means that a criminal committing a crime (who would get shot at) would most likely be a black person
3: again, blacks commit a disproportionate amount of crime, which means more black people in prison. And whether or not somebody is guilty of a crime is completely based on the court trial, so you can't just assume that a lot of whites actually did commit crimes but got off scoff free. If by "not even convicted" you mean "before the trial starts the person is in jail so that the person doesn't go out and do more harm" then it all goes back to money. White people tend to have more money, while black people tend to have less. This means that white people will hire richer lawyers willing to bail them out versus black people perhaps not being able to afford a lawyer. You may blame this on privilege, but I personally think it has to do with a lot of personal decisions and a little bit of affirmative action that people think helps black people but actually harms the black man. You can call that privilege if you want, but I personally call it unconstitutional.
Don't know what point you're trying to make in the last paragraph.
