The last three CINCs (2Ds & 1 R) haven't exactly been war heroes, so your attempted jab about the draft really holds no water with anyone anymore.
Clinton dodged the draft. Bush 43 may or may not have shown up for National Guard duty. BHO didn't even come of age when the draft was still going on, so he saw no reason to serve his country.
In conclusion, it's been 44 years since the U.S. had a draft and over 24 years since we've had a CINC with any relevant military experience. See? Nobody cares!
