You forget One important Scripture... Render Caesars things to Caesar , but Gods things to God ! Since we have Laws to Follow , God Instructs us to follow the Laws even when made by man.

Are not Christians commanded to follow God's law above man's law in Acts 5:29?

president has the right to ban immigration from certain countries. he can even deport people if he wants to, he just passes the high level executive orders, the visa officers can deport people who are not united states citizens.
