i guess the "No shoes, no shirt, no service" policy is discrimination to people without proper clothing. Requiring products to be paid for is discrimination toward people who don't have enough money. "No pets allowed" is discrimination toward pet owners. Laws against public nudity are discriminatory against nudists. The point is, discrimination is everywhere but that doesn't necessarily make it a bad thing.
