Is there any rigging? I don't know, but when Romney got no votes in Philly, I was very skeptical. I just didn't want to start a war on here, I come here for fun :-)

I think Pennsylvania has a similar map to Michigan, where the cities decide for the rest.

It's true for the whole nation basically.. Rural areas red... Cities blue... Hillary is a globalist, but not to sound to conspiratorial, UN agenda 2030 part of it is to move populations to urban areas... With her open border policy it is predicted 600 million will move in the country thus making mega cities... If she is elected and gets her Supreme Court choice the shining light of America will go dark

Same thing you see in most European countries also. The 'country' side votes more conservative (in what faction that may be locally) and city people vote more liberal. If you are a city person you come in contact more with the outside world, more different cultures and cultural scenes, more public services, etc. If you live in a smaller town, people are more dependent on them selves and on their neighbours/hood. Logically you will then vote more conservative so that you're environment is protected. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on who what you support) more people will become city folk and a more liberal sentiment will grow. Die hard conservatives will probably not come to power any more in the future. That is not my statement by the way, but it makes sense looking at how the western world is becoming. We'll see what the future brings.

It wasn't all of Philidelphia. It was a few voting districts which, due to gerrymandering by the Republican state legislature, were almost exclusively African-American. Overall, Philadelphia is heavily Democratic; Obama won there by an 85 to 14 margin in 2012. For more information, see here:

Yeah, I knew it wasn't the entire city, but like I said, I didn't want to make a big thing over it. It is completely possible that some districts could be 100% for one side or the other. I just remember when it was mentioned on the news it sounded bizarre. Romney would have lost either way, so I didn't really sweat it out.
For the record, I don't think the elections are "rigged", but I'm sure it could be updated.
