Actually my best friend texted me the joke on my phone and I made the meme from that.....never saw your meme till you posted that....it shows it had 16 views....when did you make it?
yeah I asked him where he saw that joke and he said he originally saw it on facebook of all places....but he says it had a different picture again other than batmanthedarkknights one...but idk...I dont see how if someone sends somebody a joke and they turn it into a meme it becomes a big issue.....2 weeks ago he also sent me the jellybean joke and I only turned that into a meme today with bad luck Brian.....I don't see the issue here....his version only ever had 16 views ever on this site since Sunday....so it's pretty obvious that it wasn't plagiarized from this site by my friend....I severely doubt he was one of the 16.
"Nothing in life is to be taken too seriously" but calling some of us with lots better understanding of the culture here is not real cool. I can easily see why "Batman" would be unhappy. The Kermit meme does look better, and he did have few views. Thems the breaks. Most claims of reposting others memes are less "similar". There's really nothing new under the sun anyway.

Let me give you my 2 cents as to why that meme didn't go anywhere. First instead of creating the meme, all you did was saved the meme itself from facebook (or whatever source you found it from) and then uploaded it. I can tell this for a couple reasons. 1- the text is blurry and 2- there is no image description in which the text of the meme is shown. Also if people were to do a search for this meme, the only keyword that can be search for it with is controversial. It has been my experience that original meme templates (which is what yours would be considered) don't get a lot of exposure unless you have a certain ranking and following on this site.
And honestly since this meme isn't something that you come up with on your own, I don't think calling someone out for posting the same thing is really the right thing to do.
