Alex was a known terrorist, in an active cell, he was considered a threat just by being present in a place he had no reason to be at. He was openly hostile and refused to comply when an arrest attempt was made.

You don’t know the difference between an active threat and a threat. A person with a concealed weapon is a threat, that’s why you leftists want a license to carry one. Someone physically engaging is an active threat.

Cops aren’t robots. They are human. We will see what the investigation shows, but it doesn’t look like everyone knew he had been disarmed and a shot went off after someone identified he had a gun and yelled “gun”. Police are trained to react to threats he had a gun and was fighting them when a shot went off, maybe from his gun. He could have not engaged, he could have left his gun at home. He could have not resisted arrest. Any of those actions would mean he was still alive. The fault for his death is his own.
