This might be a problem. She's wearing a safety vest. One reason why employees wear safety vests like at a gas station while outside in the parking lot is if the employee gets hit by a car, the employee can sue the customer for injures and whatnot. I just did a meme about the idea of ICE and other law enforcement wearing safety vest for this very reason.
So if a paid protester is wearing a safety vest then drivers may want to reconsider flooring it no matter how tempted they are. I suppose a counterargument can be made that paid protestors wearing a safety vest and purposely puts themselves in harms way is not the same thing as an employee wearing one and getting hit by a customer while the employee was simply doing their job.
