So why are the kids out in the elements? Shouldn't the adults have them in the tents while they stay outside? Oh thats right, they'll use thier suffering for the propaganda while keeping thier suicide bombers warm in the tent until time comes for them to detonate.

I'm not saying I don't believe you, I asked why are the kids outside in it purely for the propaganda? Why aren't they in the tents staying warm while thier parents are outside suffering? I searched for the source yesterday, but couldn't find it, only finding AI stating it was a scene from the movie Snowpiercer, but I doubt it. I haven't seen the movie but couldn't find anything about a scene like this plus this looks too but low budget for that.
