Isn't that illegal in every country in the world? It's harmless in this case, but calling on the military is insurrectionist

Are you a citizen of the United States of America? If not do you have a green card or some other legal reason to be in this country?

If it is none of the above is true and you are illegally in this country then why? Why are you here? If you don't love the country enough to obey it's laws the why are you here? It doesn't matter if you own property here, what matters is you are just using us. You came here to manipulate the system to benefit you at the expense of every working American. Your loyalties are to another country.

If you love America then go through the process of becoming a citizen.

Every country on the planet has immigration laws, all of them are more strict than ours. Try visiting Canada and they will ask you all sorts of questions regarding why you are there, how long are you staying. Are you here to work or vacation. If you are there for work then they want to know if this is something that a Canadian can't do. If a Canadian can perform the task then you get to turn around and go back home.

We used to have a requirement that if you wanted to immigrate to the US then you had to have a skill that would benefit this country. Democrats did away with that. Then eventually Democrats started giving tax payer dollars to anyone who came here illegally. That's insane. That's gonna bankrupt the nation.

The government do not own the money they give illegal immigrants. They steal it by force from those who worked hard to produce the wealth that the money, they are forced to pay, represents.

It that fair? Is it morally right to force people to "share" what they worked hard to earn?

But Democrats have no morals, they have no concern for the law, they have no consideration for the work men and women in this country. They never have. If they dod then they would not be working so hard to make it so very difficult for citizens to live here. They sure make it easy for non-citizens to live here.

Democrats are desperate for votes. If they thought for one minute that foreigner were conservative they would have shut down the border decades ago. No one would ever be allowed to cross the border.

And yet there's California. The governor signs a bill that essentially makes it legal to steal $1,000 worth of merchandise. Almost immediately after gangs of thieve started invading stores each stealing less than $1,000.

And even though Newsom sees this happening and see what a colossal mistake that was, he doesn't care.

"And whenever I see anybody saying that we need to shut down all immigration, including legal immigration it's a conservative saying it"

THAT IS A DEMOCRAT MYTH. IT IS A TALKING POINT THEY MAKE WITHOUT EVER ASKING A SINGLE CONSERVATIVE WHAT THEY ACTUALLY THINK. DEMS ARE PUTTING WORDS IN OUR MOUTHS....AGAIN....

There is no one saying we need to shut down LEGAL immigration. Oh I am sure there was probably one conservative somewhere who probably said that but that is not what the vast majority of conservatives want.

It was never a matter of just stopping everyone from entering this country. It is a matter of survival. If we cannot regulate who comes into this country and we just open our border to anyone we will cease being a country.

Already Muslims, living in America, who came here legally, are already openly calling for the destruction of this nation. They haven't done anything yet, but that is just a matter of time. They want world domination. We don't know how many Muslims crossed our southern border illegally under Biden. We know of about 100,000.

If you want to see bloodshed in the streets then just keep letting just anyone cross our border without any kind of vetting process.

Apparently these people are. We are in no position to condemn anyone to hell.

So what illegal orders has the president given?

If you weren't a member of the armed services, you may not be aware but they don't have to obey an order they believe to be illegal.

The videos are reminding them of that.

Yeah that's totally it. That yearly reminder, right. Though hoping the TDS procedure has worked, is what's going on, like every day for a year now. Well, severely for a year, but constantly for almost a decade.
Was almost sold on that trick way back myself as a Liberal, until I spotted it in Americans and I saw unreal sickness on all accounts. Experiments where a Trump-actor got Hillary's speech, and suddenly it was the most awful these Hilary voters had heard.
How small ordinary things became big. You people are literally not well, and I'm not even sure I'd recommend that ICE arrests the insurrectionists on the streets, even though they'd get years for obstruction. Cos Democrats have in a fashion you'd never expect in a democracy, literally turned their voters too insane to understand repercussions and basic law common to the west and the U.S.
Your media is wild and if I only followed the same Democrat controlled media as way back, I would've prob been a victim too. Naah... not really. It would stop when my old Communist values got shouted out by Dems - I'd def spot the shit right there

Bull 💩, this is inciting insurrection and sedition and undermining military cohesion at the least. You can decide not to follow orders but your reasoning may not hold up in a military court and if it happens in certain situations the punishment may be severe.

YEah, you have to weigh that potential punishment against being held criminally responsible for what was done. You have only to look at history to see that. If you'd like a specific example; the guards at the Abu Ghraib facility back during the Bush 2 administration were criminally charged for what they were doing.

Since WW2, the US Military has stressed individual responsibility for following lawful and unlawful orders. The "I was just following orders" isn't a defense in the US.

So, as an example, if they're ordered to fire on American civilians, they have to decide to do it. If it's found to be a criminal action, they'll face the law regardless of who ordered them to do it.

Ya it would have been helpful for them to define what orders or what kind but that wasn’t the point.

The point is promoting sedition among troops and planting seeds of justification that undermines unit cohesion and the chain of command. These are people who are part of the US Government. They are seditious swine.

No. It actually has to BE illegal.
The videos are sedition.

Reminding a service member that their oath is to the Constitution and that they have the power (and expectation) to disobey an unlawful order is not sedition.

You're probably thinking of the Stop The Steal Rally in DC back in 2020 on January 6th. You know, when Trump said that Pence had to not certify the election and they had to fight like hell.

That was sedition.

No. They don’t need to be “reminded”. It is stressed when recruits are taught the UCMJ.
It’s been a “thing” ever since the My Lai massacre fallout.

No. I’m don’t ever think about that until one of you whiners bring it up.

That was a protest.

Heck, it's been a thing since before My Lai.

I've been told it came directly from the post WW2 trials where a lot of the Nazis were defending their actions with "I was ordered to do it." And it is how we got our current decentralized command & control where the officers decide the What and the Enlisted/NCOs decide the How.

I dunno how accurate that is, but it seems reasonable to me.
0 ups, 13h
Even better.

I dare say even before that. A Code of Conduct existed about as long as the country.

Yes, actually, they do need to be reminded. Frequently.
