Who gets to decide who's a "pervert"? Mothers and fathers get to decide. Parents first...it is not the government's job to decide. Moral/rational parents don't think early sexualization of CHILDREN is an option. Perverts and some leftists would disagree.

If you notice, I said that the victims of strokes should not be "elected" to Congress. Existing members would need to be dealt with on an individual basis.
